The Cottage is equipped with an ecosystem to preserve water, we collect rain water that we filter and use for irrigation !!! use water consciously !!!!! water is a precious gift let's use it with care.Help us save energy. Please turn indoor, outdoor and pool lights off, fans, and TV whenever you leave the property.
NO FIRES AT ALL TIME AND ALL NATURE ARE ALLOWED INSIDE THE PROPERTY SINCE CEFALU' AREA IS AT HIGH RISK FOR FIRES !!!!
NO SMOKING IS ALLOWED INSIDE THE COTTAGE , IF YOU SMOKE OUTSIDE PLEASE MAKE SURE TO DISPOSE ASHES AND CIGARETTE IN THE PROPER ASHTRAY !!!!

SINCE WE ARE LOCATED IN THE HEART OF THE MADONIE REGIONAL PARK THERE IS WILD LIFE AS DEER , FOXES , WILD BORE, SKUNKS, MARMOTS,HARES,WEASELS, THE ENTIRE PROPERTY IS EQUIPPED WITH AN ELECTRICAL FENCE, NOT DANGEROUS TO PERSONS , TO KEEP UNDESIRED ANIMALS AWAY ( SIGNS ARE POSTED ON THE FENCE DO NOT TOUCH IT ),
The City of Cefalu has just started to recycle garbage , we will give you instructions where and how to dispose it , and than one of our staff member will collect it .
The property shall not be used at any time by more than the amount of adults and children as per the reservation.
All guests under 21 years of age must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian unless prior written authorization is received from Terre Di Bea . No tents or other structures may be erected on the property.

We booked the EcoLodge for a night . It was great decision. The lodge is located in secluded area, few kilometers from Cefalu. It was exacly what we were looking for. The view is absolutely amazing. The property is very well kept and equiped. We loved the decor, with lots of Sicilian accents! We didnt miss anything(after long day of sightseeing, hamaks were great:)) Costumer service was at the highest level. The host, were looking after us from the very beginning. Before we even went to Sicila he has Sent us all necessery informator about the city, best supermarket, places to eat/visit. These days, when there is so many places to stay at, great Costumer service is something that really makes the difference. Our overall rate is 10/10:)

Upon arrival we were welcomed with a basket of fresh fruit and chilled wine !!!!!! the property was above our wildest expectation !!!!!! romantic setting in the middle of a pine ridge forest with and incredible view of the tyrrenian sea and the Eolian isles !!!! truly paradise !!!! the house inside is rich with local artist decors , mantaining a rustic sicilian ancient charm !!!! the manager offered us the opportunity to have a private chef to prepare for us an incredible dinner with fresh local seafood that it was a magnificant treat !!!!! Terre di Bea also provived the opportunities to enjoy local tours of winery , artist studious , horseback riding , and fishing villages !!! we will definately be back !!!!!! it was an incredible journey !!!!! thank you for your superb hospitality !!!!
