Deposit Requirements

$500 security deposit is required on all reservations. The security deposit is returned within 7 business days of checking out assuming the house is returned in the condition it was provided. Any damages will be deducted from the security deposit with a summary provided in writing.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

Bookings cancelled at minimum 30 days before the start of the stay will receive a 50% refund.
Bookings cancelled at minimum 60 days before the start of the stay will receive 100% refund.

Cancellations must be done in writing.

- No smoking inside the house at any time.

- No parties or large gatherings allowed.

- Nobody under the age of 28 is allowed to rent our property. The person renting must be present at the property for the duration of the stay.

My husband and I are beach lovers. We fell in love with the Ponce Inlet area while vacationing and knew we wanted to live here full time one day. Until that time comes, we are happy to share our home with others who are looking for a quiet, relaxing place to vacation.

This relaxing, Key West style beachside home is located in the historic town of Ponce Inlet, at the end of the peninsula south of Daytona Beach. Surrounded by the natural privacy of lush foliage and just steps away from the beach, this house is perfect when you want a peaceful vacation to get away from it all.

This two story, 3 bedroom home has a large, welcoming front porch perfect for relaxing with your morning coffee or to sit with a nice glass of wine at the end of the day while listening to the sounds of the waves crashing on the shore. When you step inside you'll enter into an open floor plan with a spacious kitchen and both formal and informal dining areas. There's a large family room to relax and watch tv, as well as a sitting area with a fireplace and pull out couch that is the perfect spot to relax and read a book. Upstairs you'll find the large master suite, an office area, two additional spare bedrooms and two full baths. Back downstairs, you can exit out through the french doors into the back patio and yard where you'll be surrounded by the peacefulness of tropical foliage and a large oak tree. At the end of the street, steps from the house is a direct access beach walkway leading to the much desired no-drive section of the beach. A short bike ride or walking distance to Light House Park, the Marine Science Center, parasail/jet ski rentals, waterside restaurants and more there is no shortage of things to do in the area.

Being dog owners ourselves, we understand both the joy and challenge of bringing your furry friend with you on vacation. We have experienced the headaches that come along with condo rentals: crowded elevators, limited potty break areas and strict pet restrictions as well as the comforts when renting homes. We welcome well mannered, house broken dogs to our home. Your dog will enjoy the luxury of a fenced area to go outside off leash, a small dog park just a few min walk away and being able to play and swim at the local dog beach.
