About the Property
We know all say 5 * Villa. But we keep our promises through continuous maintenance of the Villa as the furniture.

We know all say 5 * Villa. But we keep our promises through continuous maintenance of the Villa as the furniture.
Our villa has been completely renovated inside end of 2014, 2015 and 2016, newly furnished and equipped. Our goal was to get a NOT American facilities on 180m2 with all the advantages of the American equipment. We had professional support by an interior designer. The whole house produced so far with our tenants bright enthusiasm and great feedback. The house is in a gated community, which means that you need to get into the residential area, a code. A few minutes away from our house is a high school, which demonstrates how popular the environment, even with Americans.
We have 4 bedrooms, 2 x King Size Bed (rare, two large beds) and 1 x Queen Bed. 1 room has two separate beds. Thus, can stay in the house a total of 8 people. All beds have been fitted with high quality mattresses because we like to sleep well and comfortably in our house! Of course, we have air conditioning.
We have a total of 3 outputs in the pool area. All outputs are provided with a child lock. If a child simply in the pool area, parents will be notified by an alarm immediately. This to protect our little water rats.
You have a gorgeous view of the lake, which lies directly in front of the villa from the pool as well as outdoor seating. This area you can cool a Dekenventilator. The rate is adjustable. The outdoor area is naturally protected by a screen, so that you can enjoy your dinner without a mass of mosquitoes.
The house has everything you need for your holiday. In each of the rooms a TV is suspended. In the living room even a bigscreen. Local phone calls are free, internet LAN and Wi-Fi are free for the duration of the stay. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need, incl. Coffee maker and toaster. Of course, we have a microwave, oven and dishwasher installed. Often cooked in America with gas. Many Europeans have in no experience. For this reason, we have reduced during the renovation all gas appliances in the kitchen and replaced by electric!
In the countryside, yet totally central:
All big parks like SeaWorld, Universal Studios, Discovery Cove, Disney, Disney Downtown, IoA and many more are in less than 30 minutes (as an example Disney Downtown we had 22 minutes). Also, you have just 25-30 minutes to the International Drive with the huge shopping mall the Orlando Premium Outlet. Even closer, the Mall of Millennia is the house. Various restaurants are of course just as in the environment.
A Publix is shopping for food reached in less than 15 minutes. Also Walmart, CVS or Home Depot (gas supplier for the grill).
On the beautiful beaches of Tampa / St. Petersburg (Florida's west coast) you are. In a good 90 minutes faster, namely almost 60 minutes), it goes to Cocoa Beach (Florida's east coast) Also fast you are in Daytona Seaside.
If you should be bored even during the holidays, then you will enjoy Just the two gaming machines (fed with coins, so no money) or the Multi Table where you can play table tennis, snooker or air hockey.
The house was set up so that it looks not only beautiful but also comfortable. The kitchen is so large that even 3 people in it can do anything! Our refrigerator produces ice but is also a good water quality by themselves about a particular system. So you always have water in the house (water from the tap in America smells often strong chlorine).
