Privacy and luxury epitomize this Caribbean beachfront villa. Situated on Sapodilla Beach cove on the southern coast of Providenciales, rooms enjoy magnificent beach and ocean views of the scenic Bay. The 2-storey Moroccan-inspired villa comprises 8,000 sq ft. The gated estate villa has lushly landscaped gardens, stone pathways and outdoor patios; its interior is sumptuously furnished with fine collectibles and artifacts, reflecting eclectic influences from Europe and the Orient. The entry leads to a grand sitting room opening onto the oceanfront patio – with spectacular ocean views.
La Koubba’s ground level has a formal dining room and gourmet kitchen; the master bedroom suite, with private balcony, TV, and luxurious bathroom occupies the opposite wing. A King Bedroom with adjoining bathroom is also on this level (Note: this bedroom has garden view only). Two staircases branch out from the main level hallway leading upstairs to 4 bedrooms with private balconies. All bedrooms are air conditioned and equipped with TVs.
The property also has a guest cottage with a separate entrance from the front courtyard; This has one air conditioned bedroom with King Bed, ensuite bathroom, living-dining with TV, kitchenette, and private patio. The guesthouse is not rented to a separate party while the Main villa is occupied, but can be rented along with the main for larger groups (14 persons max.) needing the additional accommodation.
Note: Rates listed are for the 6-bedoom main villa, sleeping up to 12 persons. An additional $1000/week + tax is charged if the guest cottage is also rented.
Chef service, grocery provisioning, babysitter, Spa Therapist, and additional housekeeping arranged on request.
