Marigot is located about halfway down the island so it's an easy drive to both ends -- Rodney Bay to the north and Souffriere to the south. But lots you can walk to in the bay without needing a car.

Cancellation & Refund Policy
As stated on my web site, reservations canceled at least 60 days prior to departure will receive a refund of their total deposit. If received after that date, we can only refund if I am able to secure a reservation for same time or most of it.

Why This Property?
THE VIEW!!! It could not be duplicated so there was no question we would not buy. It had just come on the market and we were just lucky. At that time, StLucia was not well known in the US. Most travelers were Europeans. We loved all that StLucia had to offer -- lush vegetation, mountains, rain forest, waterfalls, sailing (and good boating in general), local foods grown on island, plentiful fr

Unique Benefits
Being able to walk to so many amenities makes this location special. In our own travels, we prefer places where we don't have to rely on a car to get around. So Marigot was perfect - -walk to ten restaurants/bars, dive shop, grocery, bank, gift shops, water sports rentals, etc.
