Why This Property?
We have enjoyed this unit for several years. When we had the opportunity to purchase it. This is a beautiful beach and area. Several attractions - Waterville Water and amusement park, outlet shopping, deep sea fishing, zoo, and Foley will have a new amusement park in July.

Unique Benefits
Our unit has a balcony with a view. Although we are across the street from the beach( 5 minute walk) We can see the ocean and enjoy the view at all times.
The pool area has a gazebo with 4 grills and picnic area.

My daughter and I have stayed in this condo several years. The condo is always clean; has a private balcony and within walking distance to the beach. There is also a pizza place, groceries and ice cream shop that is within walking distance. Owners are very accommodating and quick to refund the deposit. Highly recommend booking through Home Escape!
