About the Property
Resort-like 2 bedroom 2 bath gated house that sleeps 6 (pull-out sofa bed). Surrounded by PGA West golf courses and just 3 miles south of the El Dorado and Empire polo clubs in Indio.

Resort-like 2 bedroom 2 bath gated house that sleeps 6 (pull-out sofa bed). Surrounded by PGA West golf courses and just 3 miles south of the El Dorado and Empire polo clubs in Indio.
The space
The house has 2 bedrooms, 2 baths and a sleeper sofa that accommodates up to 6. All beds are queen size. The master bath has his/hers sinks, shower, and separate soaker tub (currently unavailable). The guest bath has a shower and tub combo.
The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, full-size oven and a four-burner gas stove. The kitchen also has a dishwasher and kitchenware. A washer and dryer with detergent are available for your use.
The master bedroom has a flatscreen HD TV. Living room TV has a Roku player with YouTubeTV (over 650 channels including TBS, TNT, ESPN, and local channels). TV also has Netflix ready to stream. House is equipped with WiFi internet.
There is a small, desert landscaped backyard with a gas BBQ and patio table and chairs. There is ample, unassigned parking next to the house. The garage is available for parking.
Gated community includes a putting green and a tennis court. House includes two tennis rackets and tennis balls for visitors to use. There is a community gym that is accessible by the guests (see pictures).
There are two large swimming pools (shared) with jacuzzies in the community. Both are around a 1-2 minute walk from the home.
Pets are allowed. Please let us know when you book your stay. There is a $50 pet cleaning fee that will be requested after you book.
Currently, the fireplace and living room ceiling fan is unavailable. The house includes central heat/AC (Nest remote).
Smoking is not allowed inside the house. You can smoke in the backyard/patio.
