We purchased three condos in PCB because we love the Emerald Coast, and try to make it to the beach as often as possible. We absolutely love the white sand and clear water. We have two children ages 18 and 12 that we love spending time with at the beach. My kids love the close proximity to Pier Park! We don't get in the car much once we arrive at Tidewater! We have loved staying in this beautiful condo. We have traveled quite a bit and our stay in Beach Breeze has been at the top of our list as a favorite vacation. The building location and all its amenities really put it over the top for us. We felt at home while a the beach and that made it very hard to leave when our vacation ended. I cannot recommend this condo enough!

Charla, you have out done yourself on this condo! We loved it!! It has an amazing view from the 30th floor! My husband loved the the brown recliner and my son has told me we need a chair/ottoman just like what you have. I guess they enjoyed all their napping. The kitchen had everything we needed. It was so nice not to have to worry about buying or bringing all the small things like trash bags and spices. You have thought of everything. The beds were comfy. I loved your decor- it truely felt like how a beach home should be. We so enjoyed our time at the beach. Thank you again, The Martins

Breathtaking! This is my perfect paradise. We love this unit. The owners gave us great tips for area attractions. The view is spectacular for morning coffee and stunning sunsets. Easy access to the beach. We followed the owners tips and never waited more than 5 min for the elevators. There is a restaurant on the premises as well as coffee and ice cream shop. We had the perfect beach experience here.

Welcome to "Beach Breeze", at Tidewater Beach Resort; this recently updated one-bedroom, two bath condo is situated on the penthouse level - providing the most spectacular views of the emerald green gulf waters and tons of sea life you don't get to view from other balconies! You will be talking about the things you saw from the balcony for weeks to come - It's my favorite spot in the penthouse!!
When you enter the condo, you will find your master suite on your right, which features an amazing new king bed and new pillowtop mattress, a flat screen tv, a dresser, and its own private bathroom. Walk down the hall a little to find the surf board themed bunk beds perfectly suited for the kiddos! They will also have a hallway surf-themed bathroom all to themselves! Up next the fully-equipped and updated kitchen with granite countertops, floor to ceiling cabinets, and stainless steel appliances, which opens up to the beachfront dining and living area. The large living area will comfortably seat your entire party and features a queen sleeper sofa, equipping this condo to comfortably sleep six (however we do limit to 4 guests). This property comes complete with a washer and dryer and free wi-fi. Last but not least, step out onto your penthouse beachfront balcony and take in all the beauty and relax in our brand new balcony furniture - this will probably become your favorite spot! Come make "Beach Breeze" your home away from home this year and it may easily become your go to vacation destination for years to come.

Tidewater boasts so many amazing amenities that you won't know what to do first. Tidewater rests on 600 feet of sugar white sand with plenty of room to play in the emerald green waters. You can start your day with a cup of coffee on the spacious balcony, or head down to the on-site coffee shop. Ready to work-out? Tidewater features a beach front state of the art fitness center with a Roman Spa. Don't feel like cooking breakfast, no worries... head down to "Liza's Munchies" and let them fix you up with a bloody Mary and a fresh cooked breakfast. Now its time to get ready for some fun in the sun and head down to either of the two 4,300 sq. foot beach front lagoon pools. The east pool features a tiki bar with kids or adult drinks and a food menu (summer) . Forget something... no worries, head into The Flip Flop Beach Stop located on the Tidewater Boardwalk for beach toys, sunblock, toothpaste, or anything you may have left behind. When the kiddos are ready to move on to the next activity, send them to the game room on level one. On Wednesday and Saturday evenings, take advantage of the free movie in the Tidewater movie theatre.

Our units at tidewater all sit extremely close to both Aaron Bessant Park and Frank Brown park, which are venues to many concerts, festivals, and attractions through out the year. You are also within walking distance to Pier Park, which features restaurants such as Margaritaville, The Back Porch, Pompano Joes, Dicks Last resort and sooo many more. If you want to shop, you're in luck with an endless amount of shopping in Pier Park at stores like Ron Jon, Salt Life, Dillards, Penneys, Target, just too many to name but you will be so impressed!

*We use this unit as our personal vacation home, and we are only interested in renting to those that will treat it as their own.*

Upon arrival, guests will be required to pay a $30.00 resort fee (per party, NOT per person) at the registration desk, where they will receive wristbands and up to two parking passes. This is typical for most PCB resorts.
