We designed Sunridge Retreat to accommodate large groups like scouts, corporate retreats or church groups. Sunridge Retreat is ideally located on a mountain ridge looking east with the Blueridge Mountains and Shenandoah National Park directly before you. The upper floor has a living room with 50 inch LCD TV, DirecTV and Blu-Ray Disc Player, spacious kitchen with breakfast nook and table with seating for 6, dining room with seating for 6, game room, sun room with seating for 8, half bath, laundry/mud room, two decks with a hot tub on the larger deck. The master suite is on the upper level and has a king bed, twin-over-twin bunk beds, LCD TV and a huge private bathroom with a jacuzzi tub. The lower floor has two bunk rooms each with three full-over-full bunks, two full bathrooms, another bedroom with a queen bed and twin-over-twin bunk beds, kitchenette/laundry room and two covered patios. Each bunk room has a private exterior entrance. The spacious yard has a swing set/play fort, firepit with lots of benches and an amazing view of the Blue Ridge. Sunridge Retreat is a big house with over 4,500 square feet. If you have several families that want to get together or a large group, Sunridge Retreat is for you. The two bedrooms and two bunkrooms can each accommodate a family.

Cancellation & Refund Policy
- Bookings cancelled at minimum 60 days before the start of the stay will receive 100% refund.
Eighty percent of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation.
For cancellations made within 30 days of the arrival date, no refunds or exchanges are permitted unless a substitute paying guest can be found for the original date.

Great Family Size Home with Even Better Views

The view from the house and surrounding areas is spectacular. The house is large and can sleep 20+ people with a lot of room to spread out. There were toys for the kids and our little ones loved the swing set. If you do have little ones bring a baby gate because we ended up blocking off the stairs with chairs to prevent accidental tumbles. The furniture and decor are a bit outdated but it didn't stop us from having a good time. Very secluded home in the woods with private gravel roads leading in. We saw a bear on our first day but it kept its distance. Also saw lots of birds, bunnies and tons of stink bugs. We had an issue the first day with the hot tub and they sent someone right over. We would definitely rent this house again.
