About Andrew
Hello, I own and operate www.asafeplace.com and work 7 days a week to support my family. My wife works at a local bank, we have two wonderful grown children and now we have two fantastic grand children
Why This Property?
I designed and built this home in 2015 using modern building methods of Insulated concrete forms and SIP Structually insulated Panels. It is accessible with a ramp, as we have a relative who ended up a paraplegic from a lacrosse accident in college. We know how hard it is to travel when you ar win a wheel chair and wanted to make this home accessible for all to come and enjoy Vermont.
Unique Benefits
This home is located only 2 miles from the center of town off of Main street on a side road. It has wonderful year round views and privacy. Yet we are only 8 miles from Bromely Mountain and 15 miles from Stratton.

Five of us stayed this beautiful home for the week and had fantastic time. The house is spacious and comfortable. We were impressed on well it was decorated and has every amenity you could hope for. The open kitchen looks right out onto the living room, so while cooking you can be talking with the group. There are two living areas and flat screen TVs in every room. The beds were all incredibly comfortable and the house was spotless upon arrival. The views from the outside decks are breathtaking, There are two outdoor eating areas and a new Weber grill which we enjoyed. With only about a 10 minute drive into town it is perfect for shopping and close to many restaurants. Andy is a super host and went out of his way to make us feel welcome. We can’t recommend it enough and can’t wait to come back.
