Great Condo!
Date of Stay: May 16th , 2017

We elected to not stay at a Disney resort for our Disney vacation and this unit gave us everything we wanted for the week. It was clean and modern and the layout was perfect for our family of four with two teenagers. The pool area was wonderful, having a place to get drinks and snacks made it an even more fun way to spend our "non-park" days. The owners (Art and Sophie) were great to work with, always got back to us and answered any and all questions we had before we arrived. If you're looking for a place to stay that's away from the Disney chaos, stay here. We have absolutely no complaints about Blue Heron 1005, the complex, the staff or the location.

Wonderful condo, spoiled us.

This Orlando vacation condo was everything we expected and more. We loved the extended balcony from the living room to the master bedroom. The view of the sunrise over Lake Bryan was spectacular. We especially liked how quiet and peaceful it was. Blue Heron 1005 was clean and had everything we needed. Everything worked. The staff were quick to check on us and make sure everything was okay. It's so close to so many attractions and restaurants. We went to Disney Springs several times and the short cut through Hotel Plaza Blvd was just up the road and we were there in 10 minutes. Easy access to I-4 was great. This was our second time staying at the Blue Heron and we will book this condo again.

Great Condo close to everything!

We booked through the owners Art and Sophie Nickel. They were great to communicate with and made everything very easy. The Blue Heron 1005 unit was better than we hoped for with everything in excellent condition and great amenities. The location was perfect for the parks and the outlets with close proximity to almost any type of restaurant as well. We would definitely stay here again.
