-1280 square feet- large enough to comfortably accommodate six guests. Seven is the maximum allowed.
DO YOU RENT TO STUDENTS?
-Generally no. You are welcome to call owner to make special arrangements.
WHEN AND HOW DO I PAY?
-50% of the fee is due upon reservation, guaranteeing your dates. The remainder 30 days prior to your arrival date. We prefer credit card payment, but checks are accepted.
WHAT IS THE CANCELLATION POLICY?
-your deposit will be refunded if and when your dates are re- booked.
HOW FAR IS THE HOUSE FROM TOWN?
-We're four miles from the town center.

Our family and friends enjoyed the cozy atmosphere of Heaven on Seven after long days in town. The breathtaking views of the mountains and wonderful snowfall made our stay perfect. The plow service was early and great! Every amenity needed was there or us. Dave, you have a great place. Thank you for being so helpful and accommodating while setting up our trip. We would love to visit during a summer. Thank you for a memorable family celebration.

My wife and I were desperate for some clean mountain air so we left Chicago and took our two kids (toddler and an infant) to Breckenridge. This cabin was just what we needed! It was spacious, super clean and had everything we needed. Our kids loved it - especially my daughter who referred to it as her home and didn't want to leave. The deck was perfect for drinking coffee in the morning or relaxing in the evening with a glass of wine. While we didn't use the hot tub I can imagine it would feel fantastic after a day of skiing. We wouldn't hesitate to book this property again over the winter when we plan to return. Thanks David! Everything was first rate!

Absolutely loved Heaven on Seven. It was the perfect place for my friends and I to stay after a day of fun in Breck! My black lab loved being able to join the fun too! Very clean, charming and welcoming. We couldn't have asked for anything better. It was ideal. The hot tub is the cherry on top! Perfect way to relax after a long day, and the views are great too! David has been so easy to work with and we are already planning another trip soon! He is very accommodating/friendly. Would recommend this to anyone at anytime of the year! We will be back soon!
