Why This Property?
My family and I have been traveling to Los Barriles for the last 31 years, and have fallen in love with this part of Mexico. We decided to purchase this condo when construction had just commenced, and have enjoyed it ever since. It's an incredibly safe, relaxing area, with so much to offer. Just a 2 hour flight from the US, but such a fantastic mental break from the rat race.
Unique Benefits
As the corner unit in the condo on the second floor, unit 1201, the views are completely unobstructed. It has one of the larger studio unit balconies, and the second floor provides the perfect combination of elevation for a view, yet only one floor to go up. There is an elevator for those who prefer it over the stairs.
