The owner of this property requires a 50% down payment to reserve and full payment 30 days before check-in.

Deposit Requirements
5% Lewes room tax + the cost of any damage repairs (none expected, of course) and/or extensive extra cleaning will be deducted from the Security Deposit ($350), which we will return within 7 business days of departure. This property is rented from Saturday to Saturday.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
50% down payment (personal check or money order) at time of reservation. Balance due by personal check 4 weeks in advance of rental. If you need to cancel your reservation more than 4 weeks prior to your arrival, we can refund 90% of your deposit. No refunds for cancellations within 4 weeks of scheduled arrival. Thank you.
