This listing is for Unit #510 at Aqua. We also own unit #508, another 1BR + bunks plan only two doors away from this one on the same floor. Large families or groups can rent both units and stay close to each other!
We have had this property listed on VRBO for years but since they started charging guests a booking fee we have listed here on homeescape.com. One of the pictures is a screenshot from VRBO which shows that this property had great reviews.
Here’s why YOU WILL LOVE this over-sized (1017 SF) 1BR/2BA + Bunks unit:
*** We are always updating our unit! In March 2017, we replaced the carpet in the bedroom and bunk room with tile floors. In 2016 we added two new upholstered chairs to the family room! We also replaced the washer and dryer with new units (including a top-loading washer!) During 2015, we replaced the flooring in the Family Room and Dining Area with new Ceramic Tile floors! Updated pictures have been posted for all of this! Other updates include new paint throughout, a brand new King-sized Simmons BeautyRest Mattress in the Master Bedroom and new comforter, and a new Mini-Stereo system with Bluetooth in the Family Room! We have also added new Chaise Lounges and Bistro Chairs on the Balcony!
*** Perfect Fifth Floor Location! Great elevation for views, but not too high. From here, You can see the waves breaking on the sand while you are seated in the family room or lying in your bed! Just two floors above the walkway from the parking garage, so no long elevator rides!
*** West End Unit! The balcony has good views of the beach in both directions, especially a fantastic, unobstructed view to the West for viewing the sunsets and the Fishing Pier (see the picture below!) This is a private balcony (rare in Aqua!) that has two chaise lounges as well as a bistro set for two!
*** Free Beach Chairs! Beach service, including two padded lounges and umbrella, is complimentary for our guests from March through October!
*** Very nicely furnished, comfortable and tasteful. Every room is beautifully decorated. (Check out the pictures!) Your kids will love the custom-built bunk beds. The bunks have lots of headroom, so your kids can sit comfortably in bed and watch TV. And you will love the King-Sized Simmons BeautyRest mattress in the bedroom! Queen sleeper in the family room provides extra sleeping space. Floor-to-ceiling blackout drapes block out the light when you want privacy, and include tie-backs when you want to let the sun shine in (check out how much glass faces the beach)!
*** On-site Management! We use Aqua's onsite rental and maintenance program. The benefit for you is that if you need help with something in the condo while you are there, you don't need to contact us. You can simply call downstairs, and the Aqua folks are right there to take care of you!
*** Upgraded Electronics! Electronics include a 42-inch 1080P flat screen TV + Blue-Ray/DVD player, a mini-stereo w/AM+FM+CD+USB+Bluetooth in the family room, a 37-inch flat screen TV + DVD player in the bedroom, and a 19-inch flat screen TV + DVD player in the bunk room!
*** Everything you need! Unit includes Cable TV, wi-fi internet access, land line phone, washer/dryer, fully furnished kitchen w/stainless steel appliances, two full baths, and sleeping for up to six people.
*** It's Aqua! Aqua is the premier property on PCB, and is only a few blocks walk from Pier Park! Aqua is also convenient to Frank Brown Park and other area attractions. Aqua has a private covered parking garage with elevated covered walkway to the property, fitness center, function/movie room, a tropical pool deck featuring a temperature-controlled indoor/outdoor pool, a whirlpool spa grotto and a second relaxation pool, steam room, DVD movie library, a supervised Kid's Club during peak season, plus much more— all just steps from the beautiful blue-green waters of the Gulf!

The property was clean and well maintained. Everything was as advertised. Plenty of space and comfortable. I would return to this property again without hesitation. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
