Why This Property?
We only rent our family condo a few times a year on a monthly basis. We live in Orlando and close enough for us to use on a regular basis most of the year. Less populated area of the beach and no drive beach. Close to walk to inlet.

Ponce Inlet has not changed much compared to other areas in Florida. Offers great fishing, restaurants, beautiful lighthouse, parks, and much more. You are also just minutes away from Daytona Beach and an hour away from all of Central Florida's theme parks.
