This 5 bedroom/3 bathroom house is perfect for a large family or for 2 families to share. With the master on its own level with en suite bath and "treehouse" sunroom, it's a perfect place to relax and enjoy your morning coffee looking out over the lake. The main level has 2 bedrooms (both queen beds), one full bathroom and an open concept living area including a living room, dining area, and fully stocked kitchen. There is also a great screened in porch right off the living room with a table that seats six for outdoor dining. Next to the screened in patio is a deck with a gas grill. The lower level has 2 bedrooms (one king, one queen) a full bathroom and another living room complete with a second gas fireplace. There is a lower deck that has stairs leading to the double slip dock on the water. Halfway to the dock there is a gazebo with a gas fire pit perfect for roasting marshmallows or relaxing by the fire. Our dock is on a quiet cove and has a huge sun deck with 5 reclining lounge chairs and has a view of Chatuge Shores golf course.

There is a small beach at the end of our street with a boat launch and beach area for children to play at. There are also picnic tables and chairs there for adults to relax. It's a great place for children to have a gradual slope into the water. The view of the mountains is great there too!

Why This Property?
We chose this house because we bought it along with my parents in order to have a vacation property that is large enough to accommodate our families comfortably. We wanted something that was in the mountains but also on a lake. Lake Chatuge is the perfect match for what we were looking for. There is something for all of us to do and we love spending time up here anytime we get the chance.
