The house is divided into three levels.
Groundfloor:
Large air-conditioned Living- and Dining-room with direct access to the open and covered terraces equipped with a big table and chairs for 12 people, leather sofa and satellite-TV.
Modern kitchen completely equipped with fridge and freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher etc as well as all the necessary household appliances, kitchen utensils and sufficient dishes to ensure a pleasant stay. Small utility room with washing machine, iron and ironing board.
Guest toilet.
Air-conditioned double room with twin beds, built-in wardrobe and en-suite bathroom with bath, shower, washbasin and WC.
Upper floor:
Air-conditioned master bedroom with double bed and single bed to be converted into triple if desired, baby cot available additionally. Built-in wardrobe and en-suite bathroom with corner bath, shower, washbasin, bidet and WC.
Office with Wi-Fi internet connection. (Possibility of an extra bed on request)
Big terrace with nice views.
Basement:
Two air-conditioned double rooms (one with double bed and the other with twin beds) with built-in wardrobes and en-suite bathrooms with shower, washbasin and WC.
EXTRA FAMILY ROOM FOR GROUPS OF 10 OR MORE: Air-conditioned family room with one double bed and two single beds, en-suite bathroom with shower, washbasin and WC. Living room with sofa and satellite TV. Direct access to the pool area.

* The prices include bed linen and towels (1 hand-, 1 shower and 1 pool/beach towel).
* Arrivals in between16.00 and 18.00 hrs.
* Departure before 10.00 hrs.
* Final cleaning 130,00 €.
To confirm the booking a deposit of 30 % is requested. The remaining 70 % have to be paid in cash at arrival. Security deposit of 500,00 € is returned at departure.

We stayed in this beautiful Villa for a week starting the 23rd of July till the 30th July 2016. There were 10 adults and four children aged 6yrs and under. We didn't want for anything. We had the most amazing holiday, celebrating my husband's and mine 70th Birthdays Christiane the owner is a very lovely lady. we hope to go back again.

We were 5 adults and 5 children on vacation. This house was just perfect. Clean and nice. Very well planned with the bedrooms with their own bathrooms. Nice pool area with beds, table, fridge and barbecue.The pool was very deep in the deep end so diving was no problem! The road to the house was i bit tricky the first time since the GPS wanted us to drive on very small roads but you learn the area pretty quick and then it is no problem finding your way. Beautiful view from the house which is located rather high up. All contact with the owner Christiane was very smooth and she was always quick to reply all questions that poped up. We are very satisfied with our stay and have nothing to complain about!
We enjoyed our stay in july 2015 with 8 adults and 2 teenagers. The property was well maintained and clean. Also the very helpful owners Christiane and her husband did everything to make our stay pleasant and comfortable. We would certainly recommend this villa! Fam. Geens and friends - Belgium
We enjoyed our stay in villa Benimuslem very much the villa was very beautiful, clean and comfortable . We had beautiful weather and we lived the whole week near the swimming-pool , there was a good place for each one of us ( 8 adults) someone wants a place in the sun the other in the shadow . You need a car to go to the beautiful center of Moraira with many good restaurants and nice terraces . The owner was very nice and helpful. We will recommend this house to all off our friends and will certainly come back once.
