This property has controlled access, a private pool area, a 1200 sq. ft. private roof-top terrace with ocean views, and it's just a short walk to some of the most beautiful and pristine beaches in the area. We are also within close walking distance to restaurants, surfing, and nightlife. There are 3 spacious bedrooms: a master bedroom with queen size bed and private bathroom and 2 other bedrooms with full size beds and a shared bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped so that you may cook your own meals. The terrace also has a kitchenette, bathroom and BBQ grill with a outdoor seating area for stargazing and enjoying the ocean breezes. This is the perfect setting for a great Caribbean getaway!

About Eric
Owners, Eric and Frances, are a couple who fell in love with Rincon; its people, community, and of course, its warm weather and beautiful beaches. Frances is from Puerto Rico and Eric from New York. They began making regular trips to Rincon in 2007 and soon after decided to invest in a vacation property. They now split their time between both locations.

Owners, Eric and Frances, are a couple who fell in love with Rincon; its people, community, and of course, its warm weather and beautiful beaches. Frances is from Puerto Rico and Eric from New York. They began making regular trips to Rincon in 2007 and soon after decided to invest in a vacation property. They now split their time between both locations.
Eric and Frances immediately became actively involved with various local pet rescue organizations, helping with the Puerto Rico stray animal population, providing health care, and fostering stray dogs and cats to find them loving homes. They adopted a stray dog, Max, who is now a loving member of their family and has also become the inspiration for their newest venture, BD Café in Rincon, where every Wednesday 5% of proceeds are donated to local pet rescue organizations. Our guests also enjoy at 10% discount at BD Café.
Talia is the property manager and has been working with Eric and Frances from the beginning. She is a Rincon local and will be able to guide you towards the best places of interest and things to do and see in the area. We can provide advice, and information about Rincon.
Together we work as a team to ensure our guests have the best possible experience during their stay. We take great pride in providing clean, comfortable, and affordable accommodations with excellent amenities and beach-side locations.
