A deposit of 50% of the total is required to book the property. The balance is due 30 days prior to check-in. With longer stays, we can be flexible, and spread out the payments.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
- Bookings cancelled at minimum 30 days before the start of the stay will receive a 50% refund.
- Bookings cancelled at minimum 60 days before the start of the stay will receive 100% refund.
There will be a small fee for any refund to cover bank service fees.
