You can Wake to the Waves with the Master Bedroom being on the Gulf! The Master features a king size bed, 43" flat screen TV, DVD player and private bath. The bathroom features double vanities, a garden tub and a walk in shower.
The same spectacular view of the Gulf is enjoyed in the Living Room. There's a 55" flat screen TV and DVD player and the sofa is a queen sleeper.
The Bunk Room features twin over full beds (comfortably sleeps 3), a dresser, TV and DVD player. The 2nd bath is across the hall.
The fully equipped kitchen has all the dishes, glasses, cookware and bakeware you'll need. There is also a Keurig and a regular coffee maker, blender, toaster and crock pot for your use.
The dining area seats 6 around a drop leaf table.
Washer & dryer are included for your convenience
The use of 2 padded beach chairs and an umbrella are included in your stay from March to October.
Some extras - There is a hair dryer in each bathroom and beach toys are included for your use. We also include magazines, books & DVDs for your enjoyment. The books are on the honor system. If you didn't finish one before you leave, feel free to take it with you. You can return it the next time you visit. If you have one you can leave, it is appreciated!
Free parking under the building means no long walks with luggage. There are no long waits for elevators. Free Wi-Fi
Sunrise Beach features 2 pools (one is heated), 2 spas and a water mushroom. Easy access to the sugar sand beach. 2 gas grills are available for your use. There is also a state of the art fitness center.
As if all that were not enough, you are located a couple doors down from Sharkys and only a little over a mile from Pier Park! Very close to the shopping, restaurants and new Skywheel! Also close to Gulf World and Frank Brown Park.

We love vacationing in Panama City Beach! We can't get enough of the powder white sand and turquoise water!
We chose Sunrise Beach because it had everything that we wanted to have in a vacation rental. The resort has great amenties and is perfectly located near Pier Park.
This is our "Home at the Beach". We hope our guests feel at home and want to make this their "go to" vacation place.

My husband and I stayed at Sunrise Beach Resort 2106 August 4 -10. We enjoyed the condo and the view was spectacular. Being our first-time on the Gulf Coast we will be back. Would recommend this unit highly.

My family and I stayed here back in June. Very nice and well kept!! View was beautiful, especially from master bedroom. The condo building was really nice also and the pools were always nice and clean. Definitely recommend.

We absolutely loved it here! The colors and decorations are perfect and the view is breathtaking! We enjoyed the snorkeling boat cruise and dinner at Diego’s. The milkshakes at The Yard were fabulous! Thank you so much for a perfect beach vacation!!!! We will be back for sure!!!!
