WE OWN 2 OCEANFRONT HOUSES SIDE BY SIDE IN THE HOLIDAY INN SECTION

We now own two 5 bedroom oceanfront houses side by side in the Holiday Inn section of Ocean Lakes and both houses now sleep 14. They are the best looking looking houses along the oceanfront and the most updated.Our houses are updated each and every year .you will not find a more updated house along the oceanfront then ours are.Each year we look for ways to improve them and we put a lot of money into our houses .Both our houses have kitchen stainless steel appliances with side by side refrigerators with ice and water on the door and our houses have laminate wood floors in the living/kitchen area and 2 year old carpet in the bedrooms ,this house has granite countertops,flat screen tv's in all bedrooms and a large 50 inch flat screen with HD box in living room, all bathrooms are updated with nickel faucets and hardware and granite counter tops in 3 bathrooms ,all updated ceiling fans and light fixtures.Outside both houses have enclosed showers with hot and cold water to wash away the sand and also a propane gas grill to cook outside with Both houses have commerial grade loungers on the upper decks for quiet sunbathing and lower decks have counter high table and chair sets. The view from the decks are breathtaking once you have stayed oceanfront you will never want to stay anyplace else.
Both our oceanfront houses sit side by side and are located at the far end of the popular Holiday Inn section of Ocean Lakes where there is only 13 houses located along the oceanfront in this section and we are 2 of the 3 that actually have 5 real bedrooms and this section is closest to the ocean in Ocean lakes.You walk down the steps from the house and 20 ft across Ocean lakes private street and you are at ocean access.
-.It is 5 bed but 3 1/2 baths and it has on the first floor 1 queen bedroom facing ocean ,hallway 1st floor bathroom, back queen bedroom with attached 1/2 bath . upstairs large king bedroom facing ocean and private bath and also twin daybed on one side with pullout trundle ,front smaller king bedroom facing ocean and back bunk room with full on the bottom twin on the top and also a main hall bathroom
Ocean Lakes is a family-oriented, 24-hour gated, security and patrolled community with a multitude of amenities.Ocean Lakes is located in Myrtle Beach and is the most complete Oceanfront campground on the east coast.With nearly a mile of privately owned beachfront,it features eight fresh water lakes,a recreaction center with supervised activities for children such as day camps,fire engine rides and playground activities. Facilities on site in the campground include a heated indoor pool a outdoor olympic size pool & three kiddie pools and new in 2016 is a full size water park,golf cart rental,three snack bars and a arcade with 80+ games,a outdoor theatre with scheduled events,playgrounds, basketball, shuffle board, miniature golf,a full-time recreation staff, and a mile of beach all within the community grounds.
*Please note that because Ocean Lakes is a family-oriented community the rental of this house is intended for couples and families 25 or older and not a group of young singles**
*This house will sleep a maximum of 10 adults in 5 bedrooms or 10 adults and 4 children including the bunk beds*
Upon arrival at Ocean Lakes you will need to register your vehicle and pay Ocean Lakes directly $10.00 per day for parking pass.
From Memorial Day to Labor Day I will only accept weekly rentals Saturday to Saturday.
Check in time is 3:00 pm
ckeck out time is 10:00 am
A initial rental deposit of50 % is required for a reservation and all final money due must be paid 30 days prior to arrival date for a summer week rental.If you would need to cancel and I am able to re-rent house then all money would be returned to you except for $75.00 for administrative fee.
