Upon check-out guests are expected to strip all beds, carry out trash, run dishwasher and leave the premises in a neat and tidy condition. Housekeepers will take care of the rest. $300Fee for Housekeeping and laundry.

We stayed at this home with our grandsons, daughter and her friend. The home was immaculate when we arrived. It has all the amenities of home, is well located, near good restaurants in walking distance, and close enough to the boardwalk, rides, arcades etc if one wants to walk or just drive a few blocks. The pool was perfect, the home well situated for privacy. The owners were very gracious in showing us around, advising of places to eat and visit - yummy locations. We can't wait for next year to book more time at this home!

We stayed at this house with our 2.5 and 3.5 yr old toddlers and my in laws. The house is very nicely updated and relaxing. The pool was a very manageable size for kids and everyone enjoyed how warm it was. The grill is very high end and made delicious meals and the kitchen has every utensil you can imagine. We also loved the proximity to the amusement rides, arcade and aquarium for the kids. We were able to keep the kids busy yet have a relaxing time ourselves. There are also restaurants within walking distance and a 7 Eleven about a block away. The owners are very responsive. We highly recommend it. My kids didn't want to come home and neither did I!

A wonderful family vacation home! ALL the amenities of a luxury home and more. The house is immaculately maintained inside and out. Kitchen is totally equipped. Bedrooms are large and airy with plush mattresses All bathrooms are elegant and large. Living room is great with a large 50" screen TV and Apple TV. Dining for the family inside and out. Pool is pristine and such a plus for a family with little ones. New Weber Grill with direct gas feed right outside the french doors. A short walk to Boardwalk and Beach. Beach passes included with the rental which is fantastic. Owners could not be more accommodating, totally hands on, just a phone call or text away to answer any questions. Walk everywhere! Leave your car at home. Lobster Shanty, Danielle's, and Point Lobster Co. steps away! We can't thank you enough for letting us enjoy your home. Our perfect week went by too fast! We will definitely be back next year. My Response
