Visitors will be surprised by how sophisticated, yet rustic and full of charm the space is.
It is very comfortable with all the modern amenities.
The space:
When renovating, I kept the rough, authentic beauty of the space, emphasized by leaving certain essential materials exposed, such as the wooden beams and the stone masonry.
This is a cozy and intimate space, that envelopes you in privacy. It feels more like a country cottage than a city apartment.
It is located on the ground floor, the front door gives onto a pedestrian and relatively quiet side street in the Marais district.
It offers everything you need for a perfect stay : a large bed (63 in × 79 in), a fully stocked kitchen, a bathroom including a large stand up shower, a washer-dryer, a wardrobe to store your clothes, a couch to relax... A place where everyone would feel comfortable and at home...

Located in Marais, thanks to its very central position, the main tourist points are within walking distance: Pompidou Centre, Notre Dame cathedral, the Louvre museum, Picasso, Carnavalet museums and many more...
The immediate area has an abundance of restaurants, cafe's, bars, art galleries, fashion shops...The luxury department store “BHV Marais” is only one stone away...
Close to public transportation :
- The metro station "Hôtel de ville" (lines 1 & 11) is at the door step.
- and within 5 minutes walk : "Châtelet-les-halles' station hub and meeting point of major Paris transportation (Metro lines 1, 4, 7, 11, 14 and express trains RER lines A, B, D). For instances: Direct access from/to Charles de Gaulle airport and Gare du Nord.

Great location,great home, great communication with host and great value. Perfect spot to see what all of Paris has to offer. Close to any mode of transport choose. Close to many restaurants (and I mean a lot) shopping and a small grocery store to pick up the lift. Thank you Laurence.

Our family had a wonderful time in Paris! We only stayed 2 nights since it was one of many stops on our European vacation.The apartment is in an excellent location - It was walking distance to Notre Dame (10 min. or less) and a 2 minute walk to a metro station. Laurence was great! She answered all of our questions before the trip, and provided us with tons of information upon arrival. We will definitely book with her again!
