About the Property
Birch Point was a dream 40 years in the making for our family. As kids, my brother and I grew up vacationing with our parents, grandparents and extended family on Little St. Germain Lake and each year the adults would talk about someday buying a place of their own on a North Woods lake for the family to spend time at. Birch Point was a dream 40 years in the making for our family. As kids, my brother and I grew up vacationing with our parents, grandparents and extended family on Little St. Germain Lake and each year the adults would talk about someday buying a place of their own on a North Woods lake for the family to spend time at. Years went by and things got busy and for many reasons, it just never happened. Then in May of 2015, my brother saw an ad for this cabin and we knew it was "now or never". We bought it in mid June, gutted it and remodeled it (compliments of our step dad) and made it into what it is now. Our dream came true and we hope our cabin can bring you memories you and your loved ones will cherish for years to come.
Birch Point has 2 bedrooms (one with a queen bed and one with 2 twin beds and a full size bed). It has new log furniture throughout and was completely remodeled in June of this year. It sits on a private lot with 210 feet of sand frontage and a private beach on Little St. Germain Lake. This cabin has a screen porch, and a nice size yard with a fire pit that overlooks the lake. It also comes with its' own fish cleaning house, a row boat, a kayak, a long pier for docking your boat, cable TV, and high speed internet. We offer rentals of paddle boards, motors, bass boats, and new pontoon boats.
