Why This Property?
This is a small apartment that is in a centrally located spot here in Colorado Springs. We purchased the property fro long-term rentals, but were talked into STR by a neighbor. We love this place, and put a lot of work getting it ready to rent. Property in Colorado is very hard to come by because of low inventories. I found this condo and it was in terrible shape. The old owner smoked and had bird

This is a small apartment that is in a centrally located spot here in Colorado Springs. We purchased the property fro long-term rentals, but were talked into STR by a neighbor. We love this place, and put a lot of work getting it ready to rent. Property in Colorado is very hard to come by because of low inventories. I found this condo and it was in terrible shape. The old owner smoked and had birds and this place was a complete wreck. I am also a building contractor and am able to do most of the remodel work myself, and this was no different. My wife and I sealed and painted all the walls and ceilings, replaced almost all of the flooring and will continue to work on it as we go. We have some hopes of doing remodels on both the kitchen and bathrooms, but ran out of money buying and updating to where we it is today. It's super cute the way it is now, and will continue to get cuter as time goes on.

Central location to all of the military bases, and a great home-base for mountain travels. Colorado Springs has a ton of things to do, and we have the brochures on our coffee table to prove it!
