The villa is located in a quiet residential area in the southwest of Cape Coral. It consists of approx. 3520 sq. ft usable space, of which 2475 sq. ft. is air-conditioned living space. The heated pool and separate whirlpool are the perfect dimensions for a dream vacation.
The living room is equipped with a lavish leather couch and a 75” flat screen TV which offers TV enjoyment at its finest.

This tenant agrees that this property will not be used for illegal activity whatsoever.
Tenant is obligated to keep the property secure. At the time of arrival, the property manager will explain all locks and security measures and proper use; all damages resulting from carelessness or misuse of property will be charged to tenant.
The quiet time is 11pm, and if that is not honored, security deposit money can be withheld.
Absolutely no pets allowed in the house or on the premises. Smoking is strictly prohibited. Should tenant violate either rule, tenant will forfeit the refundable security deposit and be held liable for any and all damages that may have been caused by such action.
Tenants uses bicycles or kayaks on own risk. The landlord recommends wearing protection equipment like helmets or life vests.
Without prior approval in writing by property manager, tenant is not allowed to transfer, assign or sublease this property in any way.
