The master bedroom has a 26' flat screen TV and there is 19' flat screen TV and a small flat screen under the bunk located in the 2nd bedroom. Stereo, games, books, and much more.
Imagine yourself choosing between the three levels of outdoor space all with spectacular, panoramic water views. The private balcony off the Master Bedroom with King bed has NEW Sliding style doors with built in Blinds that opens to a private balcony with a wicker patio set which is great for coffee/breakfast in the morning or cocktails during the evening – it must be 5 o’clock somewhere……….watch the people go by or the sunset hit the water. The second bedroom close in size to the master bedroom has a Queen bed, with a built in twin bunk, overlooking the Pool and Courtyard, great for another visiting family. Both bedrooms, and the full bathroom has been redone and are located on the 2nd level. The back porch you can watch the kids swim while you cook in the kitchen or hit the grill beside the pool on one of the three grills that are on the quiet manicured grounds. Decks are also located at both the front (with new bar height patio furniture) and back doors off the first floor of the unit along with an adorable 1 /2 bath off the Living Room.
Relax after dinner and play a game, work a puzzle or watch a movie on the Blu-ray Player Streaming Player, with YouTube, Netflix and internet access or a HD cable channel with Showtime/TMC, Starz/Encore, Sports & Info Digital Pkg, Kids & Variety Digital Pkg, and HD Local Family Plus TV (260 Cable channels) in the Living Room. Standard Cable in the bedrooms with DVD's and USB hookups for cartoons for children or bring your Roku from home for the TV's in your Master for extra channels. With the expanded High Speed internet fast enough for those snap-chatterers. Or just listen to the Soundbar hooked to the Tv which you can play your own music from your Bluetooth phone, USB, pad, computer, game station or tv station. It is just a short walk (312 ft.) to the beach accessed by a crosswalk at the light (so it is protected), with all the Amenities For Rent, Such as Loungers with Umbrellas, Banana Boat Rides, PARASAILING!! .... you are within walking distance of numerous restaurants, including Sea and Suds, (Gulf Shores only real beachfront restaurant right across the street), The Pink Pony, The Hangout, Bill’s By the Beach (As seen on TV's Food Network), Bahama Bob’s, Shrimp Basket, Hooters, Desoto's, Gulf Island Grill and more...Don't forget, Island Pancake House across the street and The Waffle House is right next door. Also within walking distance are several Beach Souvenir shops, and a small Liquor store.
Whenever you have had enough of the beach, come relax in the beautiful pool surrounded by palm trees. Our complex is composed of 31 units surrounding the in-ground pool, along with a small grassy area to play. There are three grills and picnic tables available for your grillmaster pleasure. Although there is a new full size washer and dryer there is a Laundry facility on site for $1.25 per wash/per dry with 5 washers and 5 dryers if you need more room to wash. You will also have Free, assigned parking, located under the condo with space enough for 2 normal size vehicles. Maximum of 2 cars allowed for renters. Additional parking is available at the back of the property but you are so close, you may not even need to drive anywhere so Sit back and relax.

Terms and Conditions
Please print these Terms and Conditions for your records. The property will be ready for occupancy at 4:00 PM local time on the beginning date of the lease and must be vacated by 10:00 AM local time on the ending date of the lease. This is a Saturday to Saturday Rental. During high season, some units may not be ready by 4 p.m., your patience is appreciated. NO EARLY CHECK INS.
Any damage noticed upon arrival should be reported to the owner immediately. If damage is not reported, your credit card may be charged for the cost of the repair. All general maintenance should also be reported so the unit can be kept in good repair. In order to not have your credit card charged, the following must occur:
1. a) No damage is done to the unit or its content including the linens, or electronics.
2. b) No items are missing upon the inventory check. (This includes, but is not limited to, transferring items to other owner units including patio furniture.
3. c) All debris, garbage and discards are placed in proper containers.
4. d) All soiled dishes are placed in the dishwasher.
5. e) There was no exceeding the maximum occupancy of the unit.
6. f) There was no smoking or evidence of smoking in the designated non-smoking unit.
7. g) Unit is left in neat condition.
Accidental Damages to Rental Property:
Accidental damage protection is included for any damages or accidents, subject to exclusions and limitations that occur to the premises during your rental period up to $3,000. Any damage or accident that is not covered under the policy will be the responsibility of the leaseholder.
