The Grandezza gated community is luxurious yet friendly, and packed with amenities. Your full social country club membership includes access to elegant dining, Jr. Olympic-sized pool with cabana dining, daily and weekly social events, lighted Har-tru tennis courts, state-of-the-art and new (1/2018) fitness center with pilates, yoga, personal training, and massages available, computer room with high-speed internet access (although high speed wi-fi is available in our home) and concierge services. Within just minutes, there are many challenging golf courses open to renters, though we do not have full Grandezza golf privileges.
Your home is conveniently located near the main entrance (staffed by security 24/7) and a very short walk to the clubhouse amenities. Grandezza is located one mile east of Interstate 75 (Exit #123) on Ben Hill Griffin Parkway - ten minutes south of Southwest Florida International Airport. It is close to Naples, Fort Myers, Bonita Springs, and Marco Island. Grandezza is across the street from the Germain Arena and Miromar Outlet Mall. The brand new Red Sox and Twins spring training centers are nearby as well as Florida Gulf Coast University, which has a nationally recognized adult ed. program (see their website for details). Despite all this hustle, bustle, when you come home at the end of the day, you feel as though you are completely relaxed and secluded as you watch the birds swoop down to feed on the fishing jumping in the lagoon outside your lanai.

Our school year is spent at our primary home in Brentwood, Tennessee. I practice law in Illinois and Tennesee (www.darindoaklaw.com) and Jennifer is a special education T.A. with the Williamson County Schools.
