The dining room offers plenty of space to visit and enjoy meals together. The bright and airy kitchen has all the appliances and is equipped with all the comforts of home. Maximum Occupancy: There are no more than 14 persons shall be permitted on the Property at any time during the Rental Term. If you have changes for the number of the party, please notice the homeowner immediately. If we find out that there are more than 14 people stayed at the Property, you will lose your $250 safety deposit.
Swimming Pool Operation Time (only for the guests who paid for the swimming pool heating): Like all the swimming pool in the Windsor Hills, the swimming pool heater had been scheduled to turn on from 9 am to 10 pm. The swimming pool’s temperature is setup to 88F and the hot tub’s temperature is setup to 99F.
