Cancellation & Refund Policy
Should Guest cancel his or her reservation, at least fourteen (14) days prior to the Check-in Date, one hundred percent (100%) of the deposit will be refunded. All other cancellations will result in no refund of the deposit unless rents the property for the dates canceled.

Guest understands that streaming of audio or video is not allowed unless on Guest's personal device. The maximum number of Guests is limited to 8 persons. Guest will leave the property "broom clean."
