Holiday House Villa Ruocco is a nice and quiet home for your relax. It's immersed in a garden of 500 square meters where you can relax, reading or enjoying outdoor meals under a delightful gazebo. The Villa is only at 2 km from the center of Sorrento and 14 km from the center of Positano.

Choosing Holiday House Villa Ruocco means especially for the privacy and tranquility of its garden, wich among lemon trees, oranges, Mediterranean and aromatic plants covers over 500 square meters.The Villa is a great location centrally located and easly here you such as : Pompeii, Herculaneum, Capri, Amalfi, Positano, Ischia, Naples,Monte Faito and many other beautiful places in the Sorrento Peninsula.
The villa has been restored in 2016 and offers free WI-FI ,well equipped Kitchen with oven, microwave toaster Electric oven waffle coffee machine or classic coffee maker Neapolitan electric kettle fridge freezer and to end gas hob with 4 gas burners all what you may need for a self accomodation holiday .
The Villa offers 2 bedrooms, one the Tulip flowers room, with a double bed with balcony garden view second the fiordaliso flowers room features as a comfortable double sofa bed. A third double sofa bed is in the living room New York City. The villa has a large bathroom with shower.
An Electic fun will be provaded in both bedrooms.

The price includes gas, electricity, bed linen and towels, For long stay a change will be done after 7 days .On request you can have the extra service of cleaning and changing sheets and towels at a cost of € 30.00 (to be paid by cash.)
Upon arrival at the Villa we will require your passaport and the payment of the Tourist Tax *From the first of April ti the 31 October is applicate overnight staying, for a maximum of 7 consecutive nights. The Tourist tax rate is € 1,50 per person per night and is not applied to children up to 18 years old.

not allowed or invite strangers into the villa without the owner's permission.
Important rule damages will request the full amount.
