This 31-acre beach resort has it all. It is difficult to find such a spectacular combination of Gulf-views. Breathtaking!

Destin is absolutely one of the most beautiful beaches. You will enjoy your beach vacation staying in this fabulous condo! Silver Shells has excellent security. Silver Shells grounds and beach are very clean. The pool is wonderful. I have stayed in this particular condo on several occasions. The condo has three spacious bedroom and bathrooms. This 12th floor condo has a huge deck with amazing views. Don't pass up an opportunity to stay in this luxury condo.

Love this condo!! Great location! The views are amazing. Everything you need is in this lovely condo. The owner is great to work with. Will always check here first when planning a vacation to Destin!! Looking forward to returning and renting this condo again!!!

5 star rating. Very clean rooms awesome view 12th floor ocean front very good security easy access to gated parking awesome pools easy access to ocean. Fitness area an cardio room was fantastic. Tennis provided too. Close to outlet mall and all venue of restaurants.

Unbelievable views, spacious property with lots of elbow room. You cannot beat the onsite amenities and location, convenient to all Destin has to offer. I've stayed at this property multiple times and it was always ready upon arrival and well maintained. Booking was easy and quick response from the owner.

1201 St. Croix - Our home away from home!!!! An incredible condo with an incredible view!! We have been staying at 1201 for over 10 years. Think we like it??? The only thing better than 1201 is dealing with the owners - FIRST CLASS IN EVERY WAY!!! Silver Shells is second to none on the Florida Panhandle. ALL INCLUSIVE.
