Breathtaking views!
Date of Stay: June 15th , 2019

A beautiful home with breathtaking views that completely surround it. Our family of 20 fell in love with the location and the home. There was plenty of room for everyone. Margie was wonderful to work with and provided valuable information on activities and shopping in the area way before we arrived to help in our planning. Yellowstone is an easy commute and absolutely a must see! I highly recommend renting this home if you plan in visiting the area!

More than expected
Date of Stay: September 21st , 2017

We celebrated our sister's 75th birthday with a family reunion. 15 stayed, after traveling from OK, MI, MO, WA, and MT. Margie met us at the property in May so we could be sure it was just right. It was way more than that. We brought too much 'stuff' with us and found everything we needed already there at our fingertips. We rented all 3 homes and that suited us very comfortably. Of course, Mother Nature stepped in and it rained and snowed 4 days out of 6...so unusual for Montana, but we were dry and warm and spent lots of time visiting, playing games, going to Yellowstone. The houses were immaculate when we arrived and the owners never cut corners in making the guests feel welcome. One suggestion: backboards on the horseshoe pits and some sand. On our only sunny afternoon, we got a couple matches in, and because we were so lousy at playing, we were chasing horseshoes. It was good fun though (and probably a good way to work off some of those goodies we ate). Thank you for offering such a beautiful, safe, well-cared for home away from home.

An amazing vacation!
Date of Stay: June 24th , 2017

What a great vacation and property! The house/property is well equipped and comfortable. We had 3 families with children ranging in ages 4-12 along with a set of grandparents. We had room to spread out and relax and plenty of outdoor space for kickball and other outdoor games while enjoying the amazing scenery. The house is centrally located to Yellowstone, big sky, and many other amazing sites. The vacation and property was fabulous!

Exceeded our expectations
Date of Stay: July 8th , 2017

The Pleasant Pheasant exceeded my family needs. The airport was an hour away and the entrance to Yellowstone was about 40 minutes away. Between Bozemen and the park were fantastic eateries and grocery stores. The house is equipped will all major and small appliances. Plenty of tableware and cutlery to cover large groups. The best part of the house is the panoramic view. The view of the mountains is breathtaking and the quiet made everyone feel relax after an adventurous day. Having the enclosed patio allow us to enjoy watching the sunset and seeing the sky and mountains change color. Thank you again, Margie. I'm sure your future guests will equally enjoy their stay!
