Why This Property?

We fell in love with Beech Mountain and all of God's beauty in the Blue Ridge Mountains. It was a long full gut renovation but it turned out incredible!

Unique Benefits

You can wake up to see deer grazing in the woods, listen to the birds sing. The summers are so cool at 5500 ft elevation. You never know in the winter when you might have a foot of white fluffy snow! Then it's time for "snow cream" YUM ! Or skiing, sledding and skating !! My husband, our three teenagers, one teenage friend, and our dog spent a week in this beautiful home. The bedrooms are spacious, and there is decking all over to allow you to sit outside and enjoy the beautiful mountain air. We had a wonderful time, and Cheryl is the most gracious homeowner to do business with.

Beech Mountain NC is a unique and quaint town – actually the highest incorporated town east of the Rockies. At the top of the mountain, the elevation is over 5500 foot elevation. This brings cool summer breezes with temps rarely over 80 degrees. The winter boasts lots of fluffy snow for skiing at http://www.skibeech.com , skating or sledding. Sugar Mountain is about 10 minutes away, with Appalachian Ski Mountain a short drive as well. Hiking, biking, shopping, golfing, fishing, antiquing, sight seeing or just “chillin” – all perfect in the beautiful NC mountains.
