Cancellation & Refund Policy
- Bookings cancelled at minimum 30 days before the start of the stay will receive a 50% refund.
- Bookings cancelled at minimum 60 days before the start of the stay will receive 100% refund.
We apply a rigid policy, as we rent a whole riad. A cancellation next to the stay for us means no possibility to rent the riad again. Thanks for understanding
House Rules
EXTRA GUESTS: it's TOTALLY forbidden to allow to let in the riad anyone without a regular reservation. In the case this rule will not be observed, ALL the guests have to leave the riad immediately without any refund.
