Hidden Treasure III, our spotless Gulf front unit, is located on the 2nd floor at the quiet end of The Summit. Perfect for the folk who don't like fighting the elevator crowd. This oasis is only steps away from the beautiful sandy beaches of Panama City Beach.
Hidden Treasure III is a Deluxe and renovated cute Gulf front condo with an Shabby/Coastal chic and personalized décor. This immaculate unit can sleep up to 5 guests comfortably. The master bedroom with its 2 new luxurious queen size pillow top mattresses can sleep 4, has a 58-inch smart tv its own dressing area as well as direct access to the main bathroom. The cute bunk area is furnished with 2 new comfortable twins’ beds with individual bookshelves, lights and USB port. The living area is an open floor and has an INCREDIBLE view of the magnificent Gulf of Mexico with its private entrance to the balcony. Have kids? Board games and books are available for rainy days. The renovated living area has soft leather furniture with memory foam sofa sleeper, a 65-inch smart TV and even a PS5. The renovated fully equipped kitchen has all you need to prepare delicious meals. The condo also offers a front load washer/dryer. The renovated bathrooms (1 full and 1/2 bath) offer a large walk in shower. The patio/balcony offers a Polywood dining set to enjoy evening meals at sunset. There is also a treasure box with kid’s beach toys; floats... Arriving late? Not a problem, we offer self-check in and a STARTER kit so....you will be able to enjoy a cup of coffee/tea from our coffee bar on day one before even going to the store.

The complex has 2 large pools( 1 heated off season); 2 outside hot tubs and `1 inside; his/her sauna; tennis court; shuffle boards; BBQ area with tables on each side of the building; Bikini Bob-a local own small restaurant; a Tiki Bar by the pool and a snack shop(in season). On the beach itself, guests are welcome to rent beach chairs with umbrella, jet ski and other beach activities. However, book with us and we will provide you with FREE Beach Service in Season ( 2 lounge chairs w/umbrella reserved for the length of your stay-$60/day value). NOTE Our rates INCLUDE the Resort fee.

We have being renting for many years now, and many of our VIP guests (returning guests) had outgrow our efficiency, but could not afford our larger condo. We were looking for a resort that could accommodate families who needed the extra space without breaking the bank. Even more, due to its great layout, the Summit would be perfect for girls' retreat or couple. We LOVE the Summit after our first visit. This was the perfect place . The Summit offers so many amenities that you do not even need to live unless you want to: pools, hot tubs, restaurants on site, convenient store on site, beach playground....Best of all....its location is FANTASTIC! The Summit is walking distance from so many restaurants & family activities. It was exactly what we were looking for. I must say that after our first stay there with our 3 kids...we were sold :-).
