This brand new first floor condo, a West Indies Style Architecture completed in June 2021 will impress as it features ceramic tile flooring throughout, beautiful appointed cabinetry and a beach-driven color palette.

We are in the process of furnishing the condo and it will be available for rental starting January 1, 2022 (60-day minimum from January to April.) The condo is available for a 30-day minimum rental during any other months.

The condo consists of 2,688 SF total, two-car garage, a large master bedroom ensuite with an extended shower, his/her sinks and a large walk-in closet. One additional large guest bedroom, an office/den that may be converted into a third bedroom, and a laundry room complete with washer, dryer, and large utility sink are also featured in this unit with a wonderful view toward the west. Stainless steel appliances, ample natural light, and ceiling fans complete the condo. The master bedroom contains a King Bed, while the guest bedroom contains a Queen bed.
