Here are your payment options:
1. You can use the Chase Bank quick pay option. I can request money and send to your email address. You need a valid US checking account.
2. Credit card payments will incur 3.5% (US) and 4.5% (Foreign) processing fees.
3. I accept personal checks in US funds only to be mailed to me. This is for guests who do not want to pay credit card fees.
4. Canadian guests can also pay in CAD.
I will send you the registration forms once the deposit is received.

2. All the other pool / spa controls are preset and only the property manager can operate them. Do not tamper with the controls. Tampering will constitute damage to the property.
3. Do not remove any items from the house to prevent extra charges.
4. The grill is complimentary. You have to refill with gas and clean it for your use if necessary.
5. The safety fence on the pool deck should be put up before departure. Management will charge $30 to put it back up if you left it uninstalled.
6. Be aware that non carpeted floors can be slippery when wet so be very careful and do not walk around in your wet suits or wet feet!
7. Do not move any equipments installed for wifi / broadband high speed internet access. You will need to provide your own ethernet cable if your laptop/notebook does not have wireless capability.
8. This is a self catering type of accommodation. You will have to provide the supplies that you will need for your stay such as cleaning agents , detergents, paper products, trash bags, etc. Sometimes, there are left over supplies from previous guests. Linens and towels are provided. There is a Target / Dollar Store / Walmart nearby where you can get inexpensive supply while visiting.
9. Observe parking regulations, the sheriff can issue tickets to violators in the community. Do not park on the grass! Overflow parking for guests is allowed on the street. (Which side of the street to park : Odd Months , Odd numbers ).
10. Always use the pool cover when pool is not in use during the winter months. Overnight temperatures can cool the water very quickly.

Lida the owner was very cooperative to our ever need. One advantage of this property, compared with other similar homes on Emerald Island. There was quite a distance between this home and the adjacent neighbors pools, Therefore, this gave us a reasonable amount of privacy and as it was on the top of a slight incline, meant we were not being overlooked by other homes which is a big plus. All in all an enjoyable vacation and will certainly recommend to all our friends back in the UK.
This was our family's first time renting a home for a vacation and at first we were very hesitant, due to the fact of the unknowns when it comes to staying in someone's home for a week. But Lida made the experience great from when arranging all the details down to being in her home while enjoying our vacation. Yes there were a few hiccups, but when Lida was notified of the situation she made it right got the items addressed in a timely manner. I would definitely recommend to anyone with a big family like us to skip the chain hotels and skip the outrageous cost of staying on site at Disney to rent this home, it is worth every single penny. From having the luxury to make your own meal with the full kitchen to being able to do laundry before making the trip back home. The best part of the home was the pool, my wife and I were able to relax and enjoy an evening swim while the children were fast asleep, and this is something that can’t be done when staying at a chain hotel or at the Disney Resort. Our next trip we will be contacting Lida again to stay in her home while we are on vacation, thank you Lida for being such a great host!
Lida has a wonderful home in a quiet resort area. Very clean with comfortable furniture and plenty of room to relax. Our family really enjoyed our stay and appreciated having a quiet place to go to at the end of our busy days at Disney & Universal. The drive to Disney was about 15 min from the house to the parking lots. We all enjoyed the pool & spa area every night. The spa was wonderful for soaking your feet after walking 8 to 9 miles at the theme parks! We definitely would stay again if we get back to that area in Florida.
I've wanted to take my kids to Disney for a couple years now. I finally found this house this looked absolutly perfect. It was the best vacation we have taken. The house is very clean , beautiful and had everything we could possibly need, also very affordable and worth every penny. Lida really has done a great job making her guest feel welcome. Can not wait to book again!!
Nice home layout , clean and comfortable. Enjoyed the 3 BR including 2 ensuites. Swimming pool and BBQ meet our needs. Kitchen utensils were more than adequate.We could see glimpse of Epcott fireworks from the backyard. Club House was handy mostly for printing documents when required.
