Lutron lighting switches control overhead lights in the bathroom, hallway and kitchen, allowing you to set the light level to create the right mood -- set the preferred low-light level, and with one tap, soft lights come to life for a romantic, spa-like atmosphere; with two taps, full brightness. Tommy Bahama “Pineapple Lane” fan with mahogany blades in living room, and Casablanca 'Capistrano' fan (also with mahogany blades) in the bedroom will evoke South Seas thoughts, while gently caressing with cool air. Outside, a lovely beachfront lawn, dotted with palm trees links you to the beach and blue waters beyond. When you want a break from the sun, but want to stay close to the water's edge, you can move your supplied beach and lounge chairs under the shade of rustling palms to read and relax, with the waves, whales, and horizon always in sight, and the beach just steps away.
