We live in Texas and get to Destin as often as we can, but love to share our 2nd home with other beach lovers when we can't be there!
Why This Property?
Legends is literally steps from a private beach access and you can easily walk to Gulf Place shopping center on 393 or a number of other great restaurants. South Walton has so many opportunities to explore history, nature, or just chill on the white sand beaches.
Unique Benefits
There are festivals all year long in Destin and South Walton. Gulf Place has many events on The Green. The property has 2 pools and hot tubs, a sand volleyball court, tennis courts, gas grills and picnic tables.

Highly recommend! Great location and awesome townhouse.

We booked a last minute trip to Santa Rosa and the owner and Amy were awesome! Response to emails and calls was prompt even on Christmas Day. Amy gave me great recommendations for restaurants. The townhouse is very clean and spacious. Easy walk to the beach. It was great to have beach chairs provided so that we did not have to pack ours. Beach area and homes around the townhouse are gorgeous. Quiet and friendly atmosphere. Would definitely go back!

The Perfect Family Vacation

I have so many good things to say about this townhouse and the location that this review could get extremely lengthy. Owner: Amy was fantastic to deal with and responded back to emails and questions very quickly. She went above and beyond by providing a booster seat and a pack and play for my 3 year old and made great recommendations for restaurants and playgrounds. Townhouse: This townhouse was very spacious and my girls loved that they had their own girly room with huge beds. The walk in closets were fantastic and plenty of hangers were provided. The unit was clean and nicely decorated and had almost everything you needed for cooking. We loved that there were two balconies (one off the master bedroom and one off of the living room) The lower level balcony led straight down to the pool and grills. This worked out great for us because my girls (5 and 4) could swim in the pool even when my youngest (3) was taking a nap. I sat out on the balcony so I could keep an eye on the girls while still being able to hear my son when he woke up. The access to the beach was easily accessible from the bike path across the street and it was close enough that my kids had no problem walking without help. Having a semi private beach was wonderful because we found a spot quickly even though we vacationed during fall break. Amy provides everything you need for the beach. There was 6 beach chairs, 2 umbrellas, lots of sand toys, boogie boards, inflatable toys and mats and a cart that carried everything. Having a storage unit attached to the townhouse also came in very handy because we were able to fit our bikes and bike strollers into it. A few notes about the condo: 1) If you have any trouble with stairs, you'll want to pass on this property because there are 2 long sets of stairs (1 from the parking area to the main floor and 1 to the second floor) 2) If you want to use the grills, bring a stick lighter and grilling utensils. 3) There is no rubber spatula or cookie sheet provided in the unit but all other cooking essentials are covered. Location: This location is wonderful!! It is right in the middle of Seaside and Destin and the unit is directly across from the bike path. The bike path leads to Seaside and to a state park. Favorite Hangouts: -Gator Beach where the kids got to feed live alligators - Restaurants: Donut Hole, World of Beers, Food trucks in Seaside and Blue Mountain Ice Cream. We had a wonderful time during and would definitely stay here again.

Highly recommend! Spacious townhouse with easy walk to the beach!

This updated townhouse did not disappoint! My family and I (a total of 5 adults) enjoyed a wonderful week at Santa Rosa Beach. I was impressed by multiple things during our vacation. First, the property manager displayed great anticipatory service, asking if we would like to reserve bicycles prior to our arrival and having them ready for us before we checked in. She also made note that I mentioned my birthday would be spent at the beach and had a balloon attached to one of the chairs in the living area! The unit itself had many features I appreciated, including a balcony and deck, hardwood floors, and beautiful kitchen counter tops and backsplash - so many places aren't updated regularly, but this one was very nice. In addition to looking good, it was clean and comfortable. As for the items stored downstairs, my family made use of the beach cart, chairs, and umbrellas every day. (Their being provided was very much appreciated!) There were plenty of beach toys, a frisbee, and a football, too. Even though Legends is close to everything, I still felt like the unit was secluded and thus imparted a sense of privacy, which I believe is a luxury! We were very lucky in regard to the forecast. The weather was beautiful the entire time, and I've always loved the clear blue water and white sand of the Gulf of Mexico. I've stayed at other places in and around Destin, but this one is by far my favorite. I would love to stay here again....and again and again!!!

My family had a great time at this well located condo on 30A. The condo is clean, spacious with comfortable beds and all the necessary appliances. I will stay at this condo again next summer.

Wonderful week at the beach!

My family enjoyed our stay at the condo. The home is beautifully decorated, clean, and fully stocked with the essentials....especially everything you need for the beach! We had some friends staying down the beach, closer to a public beach access and it was crowded for them. We had lots of room at the beach and the water was absolutely amazing and the weather was perfect...we really couldn't ask for anything better. We cooked in some and used the grill, which is just steps away from the door. Our grandson loved that we were also just steps away from the pool. I highly recommend this location on 30A and this condo!
