No refunds within 30 days of check in. 60% of total booking amount refund with 60 days notice, less any payment processing fees.

Why This Property?
This unit has it all. We are close to all resort amenities, yet tucked away from the noise and activity when it's time to kick back and relax.
Unique Benefits
Resort quality amenities, great location right behind the dunes. We have 4 elevators onsite to make unloading luggage, etc. a breeze. Office staff is onsite and available 7 days a week to answer questions, give information on area attractions, or help with any maintenance issues that may arise.

mark S. Did not dissappoint Putting together a last minute spring break get away with four teenagers, we were pleasantly surprised with “Just Beachy”. Although this complex is an older one it appears that some external renovations have begun. Sandy has already started to upgrade the inside of her unit with a complete kitchen over haul—and it’s well equipped to tackle any type of food preparation that you may want to throw at it. She even has a crock pot for those who like to slow cook. There are several grills (both propane and charcoal) available throughout the property. This unit is the perfect setup to sleep 8 comfortably and plenty of sitting room to relax at night. We were really happy to see that this stretch of beach was away from the spring break crowd and we had plenty of space to spread out. Driving on the beach was a breeze and being able to park that close to the condo was very convenient. We ate most of our dinners on the patio (the pictures don’t really show how big it is!) and enjoyed watching they daytime fade away to night over the water! The kids are already talking about going back this summer. Working with Sandy was very easy and she responded quickly to address our questions.
