We warmly welcome you to our beautiful villa Grassy Key in SW Cape Coral. It was built in 2009 and located directly on a freshwater canal and offers everything you need for a perfect vacation in Florida!

We warmly welcome you to our beautiful villa Grassy Key in SW Cape Coral. It was built in 2009 and located directly on a freshwater canal and offers everything you need for a perfect vacation in Florida!
We know that the pool area is one of the most important places in a Florida vacation. Whether sunbathing or relaxing refreshing stays in the pool - most of the time you spend on the water, protected from insects by a screen. The south facing pool is heated, as required by an energy-saving solar heating or additionally by an electric heater.
Meals can be taken on the terrace at a large dining table with enough space for 6 people. For sunbathing and relaxing you will find three sun chairs and a covered lounge seating area ready - pure relaxation!
In the event that you do not want to sit by the pool or in the sun, the house has a bright and open and fully air-conditioned living area. The transitions from the living room, dining room and kitchen are blurred and you will always have a clear view of the terrace, the pool area and the canal.
The living room has a comfortable couch, a large flat screen TV, a DVD player and a stereo system.
The kitchen was fully equipped and offers you comfort. Whether dishwasher, oven, microwave, fridge with fresh water and ice maker, toaster and coffee machine - everything is there. Breakfast can be served directly in the practical bar if you do not want to start on the terrace in the day time.
A dining area overlooking the pool offers plenty of room for a meal with up to 6 people. For your stay crockery and cutlery is abundant.
Our spacious and airy home offers 3 bedrooms with enough space for up to 6 people.
The Master Bedroom is furnished with a king-size bed, LCD TV, and a large walk-in closet, and offers direct views and access to the pool area. A beautiful en-suite bathroom with large walk-in shower, toilet and double vanity is also available for the Master Bedroom.
The other two bedrooms are furnished with a queen size bed and share a modern bathroom with shower bath, toilet, double vanity and direct access to the pool area.
All rooms are fully air-conditioned and feature a large closet, ceiling fans and flat screen TV. Fresh linen is already occupied in all bedrooms and available upon arrival. All bathrooms are equipped with enough towels and bath towels for the pool or beach, so you do not have to bring your own.
The Laundry is equipped with a washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board.
For our youngest guests we have a baby cot, high chair and pool and beach toys.
Throughout the villa and pool area you can use WiFi high-speed Internet for free.
The entire house is tiled and therefore allergy-friendly.
For your excursions to the many beaches nearby we provide you a cooler, umbrella and beach loungers.

Our villa Grassy Key is located in a nice quiet neighborhood in SW Cape Coral. You can reach many recreational opportunities in a few minutes by car -. As, for example, the Sun Splash Familiy Water Park in less than 10 minutes, Cape Harbour in 15 minutes, Sanibel and Captiva Iceland with beautiful sandy beaches in about 45 minutes and Fort Myers Beach about 40 minutes. Restaurants and supermarkets are nearby. Our villa is located on a beautiful freshwater canal and offers the possibility Cape Coral by canoe to explore by boat or fishing right on the shore.
A boatramp with access to the Gulf of Mexico is very close - dinner the restaurant by boat, a trip to the nearby islands or a deep sea fishing trip and a lot more is therefore nothing in the way.
For every taste and for young and old, there is always an activity that you can do from our villa. We are happy to give you suggestions and ideas for your individual holiday planning in Florida!

We are a family with a child and living in Germany. After our first Florida trip we were fascinated by this beautiful piece of land with the infinite number of ways to spend a dream vacation. Therefore, we have decided in the fall of 2013 to buy this villa and to make our own Florida home. We hope that you also feel at home and welcome your reservation request!

Ich fasse mich kurz: es war einfach herrlich in der Villa Grassy Key! Wir haben uns rundherum wohl gefühlt und wir können nur sagen, dass wir dieses Ferienhaus uneingeschränkt weiter empfehlen!!!

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit in dieser Villa - alles war wirklich super in Schuss und sehr gepflegt und sauber. So wie wir es erwartet hatten, haben wir auch alles vorgefunden - für uns war es das perfekte Ferienhaus und wir können es wirklich uneingeschränkt weiter empfehlen. Herzlichen Dank auch an Fam.
