Our Little Place in Paradise
Date of Stay: May 1st , 2017

This our fourth stay in #One and it will not be our last, we are already booked for next year. In finding a word to describe #One, only one comes readily to mind, "Wow". On entering the apartment one is presented with beautiful views through the picture windows of St Joseph Sound. Each time we arrive we find there have been improvements to furnishings etc. Lesley and Alan take great pride in presenting #One as the best in this part of Florida. Nothing is too much trouble for them and any problems will be quickly sorted out by them and their manager, Lee. Other reviewers have commented on the local amenities, friendliness of the other residents and, above all, the beautiful courtyard which takes one back to another age. Lesley and Alan have also purchased an annual entrance pass for all Florida State Parks, apart from a few Parks being within one hours drive, it is particularly useful for Honeymoon Island which is less than 15 minutes away, we spend many hours there, walking the beaches, gathering shells or just sitting watching the world go by. In the evenings it is nice to sit outside with a glass of wine chatting to friends and other residents, our little part of Paradise.

Third Visit
Date of Stay: October 1st , 2016

This was our third visit to #One and it continues to deliver great memories. This is a water facing condo with direct views of St. Joseph's Sound and the surrounding islands: Caladesi Island, Honeymoon Island and Clearwater Beach. The condo is always very well maintained by the owners and local manager. The unit contains new and updated appliances and furnishings. We continue to enjoy the friendly neighbors and beautiful courtyard of this comfortably sized complex. Many residents and visitors gather in the evenings to watch the sunset and socialize. #One is in the Victoria Condo's and is located one block from the Pinellas Trail (dedicated biking/walking trail) and approximately one (1) mile from downtown Dunedin. There are lots of great parks and activities in Dunedin and the local communities, some within walking/biking distance. Dunedin Golf Course and The Beaches on Dunedin Causeway are an easy bike ride or short drive from the condo; 1.8 miles and 4.2 miles respectively. You will find excellent restaurants and shopping in Dunedin and the surrounding areas. We feel #One provides access and exposure to just about everything you might want to experience.

Wonderful, relaxing stay

My second time to number one, this time with my parents and a girl friend from University. The condo has magnificent views and we were in the pool everyday. It is always so peaceful here and a great way to unwind. Its location couldn't be better, still very close to the village of Dunedin and yet nestled away in a private road on the edges of the water. Beautiful place!

Our second stay at # One
Date of Stay: April 30th , 2016

This was our second stay at #One. We continue to enjoy staying at this wonderful condo and plan to return next season. Everything that we stated in our first review (March 31, 2015) is the same or better. The location, condo, complex and neighbors make this a great place to stay. The scenery is constantly changing when looking out of the windows onto St. Joseph's Sound. #One continues to be well maintained and furnished. Appliances and furnishings are well maintained, repaired or replaced. The owners are constantly making improvements. They upgraded to a new king size bedroom suite which really enhanced our second visit. The freezer stopped working during our stay. Our neighbors secured our perishables in another condo and the owners and local manager installed a new refrigerator/freezer within three (3) days. What could have been a very unpleasant experience was reduced to a non-event. We thoroughly enjoy staying at #One and again recommend it as a unique place to stay.

We have rented five different Dunedin rentals in the last few years and this, by far, was the best. Best location, most updated interior, spectacular view, friendly neighbors, quiet, cozy & comfortable , easy parking( even for our family visitors), beautifully landscaped courtyard, and the pool had a great view of St Joseph’s Sound. Convenient to all types of shopping, easy drive to movie theater and church. We could not have ask for a more accommodating landlady, Lesley, and we are looking forward to our next stay.
