We canโ€™t say enough good things about Lesley and Alan. They are such great hosts with terrific communication. Their local helper Lee is also wonderful. The unit is in an older building with some typical older Florida building issues, but nicely appointed, and arguably the best unit in the complex. The view alone is worth the price of admission. We watched dolphins out the window during our coffee most mornings. We have become friends with several of the owners and renters in other units. Itโ€™s a super friendly group. Always something to do and someone to do it with. We love the place and the hosts so much weโ€™ve already booked next year.

From the serene views of St. Joseph Sound out the front windows to the full amenities of this condo, it is the perfect ticket to enjoying the artsy, friendly, laid-back vibe of Dunedin. It's within easy walking to great shopping, dining, microbreweries, city parks and the Pinellas Trail. It's easy to see a wonderful range of shorebirds and dolphins in the Sound. Plus, since the owners share their annual state parks pass, visiting nearby Honeymoon Island State Park offers access to the beautiful beach and trails where osprey and gopher tortoises are common sights. The owners and property manager are helpful, responsive and very pleasant. We can't wait to return to this little piece of paradise!

Oh how much we enjoyed our stay once again at #1 Victoria Drive. It is a dream place and such generous hosts. We had a wonderful April biking the Pinella Trail 2 blocks away, several courses golf nearby and the beaches Clearwater Beach or Honey Moon Island so close. I even had the honor of ringing the sunset bell. Charming little ritual that brings together occupants who wish to do so in the evening for the magnificent sunsets in front of the building. Really thank you Lesley and Alan for the chance you gave us to occupy your little paradise again this year, and thank you to Lee for always being on hand to help us when needed.

Location, location, location !

#One in The Victoria Condos has the BEST location in all of Dunedin. We could watch runners on Victoria Drive and view sailboats and sunsets on St Joseph's Sound from #One's large windows that extended the entire front and side of the condo. We could take short walks from the condo to Weaver Park and walk the length of the fishing pier to enjoy watching the fishermen and the birds. From #One we could also walk to more than 20 fabulous restaurants, the Marina, Pinellas Trail and downtown Dunedin. We had an easy drive to Honeymoon Island beach and Publix Supermarket. #One was spacious, tastefully decorated, clean and very well equipped. Lee Barr, the Howson's local manager was ready and willing to assist with all of our needs. We are excited to be coming back to Dunedin and #One in 2023.
