The owner of this property requires a 25% down payment to reserve and full payment on the check-in day

Deposit Requirements
$500 deposit due to book the home, remaining balance split into two equal payments due 30 days prior to arrival and the date half way between the deposit date and 30 days prior to arrival.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
  • No refund offered.
In all cases the owner attempts to find a replacement guest and fully refund cancellations. If no replacement can be found, no refunds are given under 60 days from date of arrival, 50% refunds are given 120-60 days and 25% refunds beyond 120 days. We work in the hi-tech field and own vacation properties as a second hobby. We love meeting new people and making our guest stays memorable. AC is a great city and, together with our five children, we love it.
Why This Property?
This home was in poor shape so I purchased and rehabbed it adding all the modern amenities I'd hope to enjoy on vacation. I love this house. It's my favorite of all our current homes.
