The spacious living, dining and kitchen areas are central to the home. Vaulted ceilings, window walls along the front of the room and banks of sliding glass doors opening to the pool deck visually enlarge the already generous space for an open and bright room. Chrome and stainless accents throughout the decor add to the clean light and open feel. With the seating, dining and kitchen areas all open to each other, family gatherings and interaction is a breeze, whether watching TV entertainment, preparing meals, dining or just relaxing to chat about the days activities or planing for tomorrow's adventures! The kitchen has all you would need for easy meal preperation withinin a few steps, beautiful stainless steel counters for easy clean up and an elevated breakfast bar for a light bite or cooks helpers to offer assistance without being underfoot.
The master bedroom is one of the two bedrooms on the north end of the home and has a private bath with tiled shower. The master is well proportioned and also has water and pool views through it's sliding glass doors and a king size bed. The guest bedroom on this side of the home has a Queen size bed and a bath suite that also opens to the hall for living area use. The south side of the home has two guest bedrooms, one waterside with a Queen bed and private bath and the 4th bedroom has 2 twin beds and it's own bath.
Great dockage and a beach cove! Almost immediate access to Vaca Cut and from the dock, minutes to the Ocean or Gulf. Don't have a boat? The dock also serves as a great fishing pier. Shallow water flats out front and the Cut just beyond is a great combination for fun fishing! The beach cove a great spot to relax in the water without having to do anything but look at the views. The pier creates a slip for dockage with 45 ' of running seawall and 35' of pier framing in the slip.
The pool has a POOL NET for use and Child Safety if children are in your party.
Pool heat is optional at $200.00 plus tax additional cost per week
This is designated a non-smoking home. A small dog will be considered.

You will never be asked to wire money immediately to hold a property or be offered a cash discount for immediate payment, if you are contacted with those offers or requests do not respond, it is not us. Do not forward any funds by wire transfer without first speaking with me, only pay using check, credit card, or direct bank transfer. Never pay by cash (unless you are in our office) or instant money transfer services such as Western Union or MoneyGram.
Rates are subject to change until a reservation is confirmed. Personal or business checks as well as money orders and Cashier's Checks are welcome for all payments and deposits unless the reservation is made within 30 days of arrival in which case a Cashier's Check will be required or payment by credit card. All major credit cards are accepted Visa, MC, Discover & AMEX.
