I am legit! Hawaiian tax (HI Tax ID # W19754524-01) I have lived my whole life in northern California and have great memories of family vacations to Yosemite, Lake Tahoe, Santa Cruz and sometimes even Maui. I work in Silicon Valley and enjoy spending time with friends, neighbors and family, including my rescued Great Dane, Lily.
Why This Property?
My folks took the kids and grandkids to Maui in celebration of Dad's 75th birthday. We had a such an incredible time renting my friend's condo and it dawned on me upon our return, maybe that's a "fun" investment for me. Wonderful Maui Condo!!
Date of Stay: October 17th , 2015

This condo surpassed our expectations. It was easy to find, right above Kaanapali. It's walking distance to grocery stores, restaurants, and an ABC store. The bedrooms were cozy, the living room comfortable, and the kitchen was spacious with everything you need to cook. The lanais have lush trees in front of them, which keeps the condo cool, especially with the trades winds blowing. The pictures you see are exactly what the condo looks like. So rare to find a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo of this quality at an affordable price. And parking was only $20 for the whole week!!! Outstanding!! Truly a first-rate home away from home. Jill, the owner is a pleasure to work with! She made it very easy to make payments, and always responded promptly if I had any questions. I'll definitely reserve this condo again the next time I go to Maui. Mahalo Jill, for sharing your home with us! We had a blast!!!!

Perfect Location

My wife, 4 adult children and I stayed at this Paki Maui condo. We had plenty of room for all of us and the condo was very nicely stocked with all the dishes, cutlery, etc you would need. There was even some snorkeling gear in the cabinet !! The location is perfect .... Bad Ass Coffee and an organic market right across the street, The Fish Market (freeeeesh fish) about 100 yards away, and a beach park next door. Nice cool breezes off the ocean every night, so the lack of AC was not an issue. Jill was very accomodating and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay !! I highly recommend staying at this fantastic location.
