cute, cute, cute! went for a weekend get a way. We had the hot tub and the fireplace. Walked on the ice and just relaxed. we even brought our dogs! what a wonderful weekend out of the city life! Liked this cottage very much and can't wait to come again.
My husband, 2 labs and myself had a wonderful time-cabin was very clean and quaint. Enjoyed the hot tub, very private, enjoyed walking on the lake(ice). Beautiful sunrises every morning. A really beautiful location-enjoyed watching the sleds-ice fisherman and even a couple of trucks on the ice. Had nice dinners at both Vivios and Breakers Bar.
Spent a week at the cottage and had a great time. Listened to the waves every night while drifting off to sleep. Saw a bald eagle dip down to the water and catch a fish. Went kayaking, boating, biking, walking, swimming, and took a dip in the hot tub. Had a fantastic time. It was a great place to spend a week. Wish I could spend the whole summer up here.
We came here for our 25th anniversary. First time away with no kids in over 8 years...worth the wait! Beautiful sunrises, perfect weather 70 all weekend and sunny skies! Husband caught two small mouthed bass and one was huge! We fished, boated, walked on trail behind cabin and went to eat a few times at Breakers and Hoppies Tavern. Just relaxed, read, hot tub everyday...at night was the best with cool clear skies and a full moon!... walked, fished and husband did a lot of fishing most of the weekend. Had ducks come right up to deck and saw loons and a bald eagle. Loved it...thanks John and Dorene for being so helpful! Hoping to be back next summer for a week!
This is a lovely place to visit. Very clean and cosy. My partner and I had wonderful 3 nights here over New Year. The cabin is close to grocery store and local bar. The snowmobile trail right outside front door and it did manage to snow whilst we were there allowing us to snowmobile for a few hours before we left. Loved the hot tub on the deck made a perfect New Year's Eve. The owner Dorene very helpful and answered all my queries and questions even tho if different country. No problems booking from different country either. We will hopefully be back next New Year.
