Great Location
Date of Stay: March 30th , 2018

This was our 1st time in LA so we were very happy that the studio was on a very quiet street and came well equipped and was in a very good central location with easy access to supermarkets, shops and good restaurants and all within a short walking distance. Lyft and Uber are easily available and cheap to access those further away spots in LA Roslyn and Yossi were the perfect hosts and were always willing to help or advise with really anything and respected your privacy. Don’t think about just Boooooooooooook it

A perfect spot in Los Angeles
Date of Stay: March 8th , 2018

The guest house was perfect and Roslyn and Yossi could not have been better hosts. I came from France to stay three weeks to see family and friends. I stayed without a car but was able to walk nearly everywhere because the location is ideal for me. I loved the patio where I was able to soak up sun after a frigid winter in Northern Europe. This is an annual trip and I think I've found a place to return to! The guest house is well-equipped and the bed is one of the most comfortable I've slept in. I highly recommend this oasis if you are looking for a well-situated, comfortable, homey nest in Los Angeles where you'll be treated more like a friend than a guest.

exactly what we needed
Date of Stay: February 25th , 2018

I was in LA for a pretty major surgery, my husband needed a home base close to Cedars-Siani Hospital and I needed the option of peace and quiet. BOTH were met with this location. A stressful time for us was met with caring property owners in Roz and Yossi and a perfect little "cottage". The bed is second to nothing I have slept in, it was clean and well stocked with all we needed for our stay. If your looking for a quiet get away, a private retreat or a home base for adventure... you cant go wrong. It does the trick.. Thank you !

Owner's Response: Next time you need to come back for a real proper pleasure trip and explore LA!! All the best to you both!

Secret Paradise
Date of Stay: March 20th , 2016

Oasis is a perfect description of Roz and Yossi's Guest House. My friend and I recently spent a week in L.A.. It was our first time there and I could only say it was enhanced by our delightful accommodations. We had no trouble quickly settling in and finding everything we needed. The Guest House has every amenity you could possibly need. It has been decorated to utilize space in a most effective way, maintaining a minimalist design. The bed is very comfortable and the little couch is perfect for two people working away on ipads. There is lots of cupboard and drawer space, so you will not have to live out of a suitcase. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge, a gas oven, a microwave, a toaster oven and a French press coffee maker. Roz even supplies you with fresh coffee beans and packets of cream to get you started. Another nice touch was the bottle of wine and chocolate covered blueberries. Outside, is a beautiful salt water pool, that Yossi keeps immaculate for the full use of the guests and if you see him out tending his bountiful garden, he will no doubt offer you a kumquat or a lemon. Roz and Yossi will respect your privacy, yet they are only a text away if you need them. I would rate this accommodation as a 10. We look forward to returning again. Judy & Mary Ann

Wonderful Little Getaway
Date of Stay: March 16th , 2016

My husband and I stayed here for 4 days after a very busy trade show in Anaheim. Since we are from Canada, and left snowy and cold weather, we thoroughly enjoyed one entire day just lounging around the pool in the back yard. Its a beautiful, private little oasis in the heart of Los Angeles. The first evening, we walked 3 blocks to the best cheesecake I've ever tasted at Joan's on Third - so good in fact that we went back and got more the next night. There were many restaurants on third that looked amazing, and the LA Farmers Market was also within walking distance which had tons of food selections - something for everybody. I was training for a 10k run, and had no issues running around the neighborhood which is lovely and safe. The host and hostess were very nice and even though they lived in the main house, we hardly ever saw them except when they took their little dog Dixie out (who is adorable). We honestly felt like this was our little private oasis away from the world. Internet worked awesome - tv had tons of stations and bed was comfortable and I had the best sleeps. Also was very nice to have a small fridge, stove, microwave and sink to have some cold drinks and snacks on hand and coffee in the morning. Would most definitely stay here again and honestly hope to.
