Canceling a paid reservation could result in cancellation fees where applicable. After clicking on the “Cancel Reservation” button in the ‘Reservation Details’, a billing support ticket will be opened, and our billing support team will consult the cancellation policy of the property owner. Depending on the cancellation policy, your refund will be processed in full, in part, or not at all.
